At Thimar Horan Retail Company for Fresh and Preserved Fruits and Vegetables, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy is prepared in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations in the State of Kuwait.

### 1) Eligibility for Return

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
- All accessories, inserts, manuals, and promotional gifts (if any) are included.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.

### 2) Non-Returnable Fresh Products

Due to the nature of fresh produce, fresh fruits and vegetables cannot be returned after delivery unless:

- The product is damaged upon arrival.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is defective or unfit for normal consumption at the time of delivery.

### 3) Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Products

If you receive:

- A damaged item.
- An incorrect product.
- A defective product.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product.

After verification, we will offer either:

- A full refund, or
- A replacement product,

depending on product availability and your preference.

### 4) Refund Method

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Refund processing may take 3–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

### 5) Shipping Fees

- Delivery charges are non-refundable after successful delivery.
- If the return is due to our error, an incorrect shipment, or a defective product, all delivery charges will be refunded, and we will bear any applicable return costs.
